Data Deletion Instructions

Treplino ("we", "us", "our") values your privacy and provides users with full control over the personal data and connected third-party account information (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Threads) stored by our Service.

If you wish to delete your account or request the removal of the personal data associated with your account, please follow the instructions below.

How to request account and data deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by following these steps:

  1. Send an email from your registered email address to [email protected].
  2. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  3. In the body of the email, please provide your account details (such as your full name and registered email address) so we can locate your profile.

Our support team will process your request and delete your account, credentials, and all connected data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

How to remove Treplino access from Facebook

If you connected your Facebook account or managed pages to Treplino and want to revoke our access and remove the app integration directly from Facebook, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. In the left menu, click on Apps and Websites.
  3. Find Treplino in the list of active apps and click the Remove button next to it.
  4. Confirm the action by clicking Remove in the pop-up modal.

What data is deleted?

Upon processing your deletion request, we permanently remove the following information from our active databases:

  • Your profile details (name, email address, timezone).
  • All stored OAuth access tokens for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Threads.
  • Stored profile information for connected social channels (such as avatar images, profile IDs, and managed page configurations).
  • Any scheduled posts, drafts, or content queue associated with your account.

Note: Some information may remain in encrypted backup archives for a limited time (no longer than 90 days) before being completely overwritten, but it will be inaccessible and removed from all active operations immediately.
